Conditions for the claim

We want you to get the best price, but if you find a lower price in another place, we will match it and give you an additional 10% discount on your stay.

You must submit a claim in 24 hours of reservation on www.hotelessolaris.com.mx and are subject to the terms and conditions.

How it works?

  1. The client must make a reservation in www.hotelessolaris.com
  2. If the client finds a lower price in another place, he must submit a claim.
  3. If the claim meets all the conditions, Hoteles Solaris will match the price and give you an additional 10% discount in the room rate for each night of your stay.

Claim conditions:

  • The price must be lower than the official price of Hoteles Solaris.
  • It must not be in a channel of official Hoteles Solaris.
  • It must be for the same type of accommodation and under the same conditions.
  • It must be visible and available immediately.

Exclusions:

  • Rates that are not available publicly, such as corporate rates.
  • Rates for packages that include transportation or activities.
  • Reservations that do not provide an immediate confirmation.
  • Rates offered at auction sites or that require special membership.

Presentation process:

Claims will not be accepted if the reservation is presented after check-in.
Claims must be submitted using the following form within 24 hours of booking.

Hoteles Solaris will respond to your claim status within 24 hours.
