How does it work?
- Step 1: Customers must make a reservation through www.hotelessolaris.com
- Step 2: If they find a lower rate on another site, they must submit a claim.
- Step 3: If the claim meets all the stated criteria, Hoteles Solaris will match the lower price and offer an additional 10% discount on the room rate for each night of the stay.

Claim conditions:
- The price must be lower than the official Hoteles Solaris price.
- It must not be on an official Hoteles Solaris channel.
- It must be for the same type of accommodation and under the same conditions.
- It must be visible and immediately bookable.
Exclusions:
- Rates that are not publicly available, such as negotiated corporate rates.
- Package rates that include transportation or activities.
- Reservations that do not provide immediate confirmation.
- Rates offered on auction sites or that require special membership.
Submission process:
Claims will not be accepted if the reservation is submitted after check-in.
Claims must be submitted using the following form within 24 hours of booking.
